John F. Wallace, former chairman of NASDAQ, is currently the President and Managing Partner of Philadelphia Financial Services, LLC (“PFS”). From 1984 to August 2008, he was a member of Board of Philadelphia Stock Exchange ("PHLX"). During his tenure at the PHLX, Mr. Wallace held several senior positions including Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He traded on all floors of the exchange in the capacity of a specialist on the options and equity floors, as a floor broker for equities, options and currencies, and as a Registered Options Trader.
Tso-Ping Ma is a scientist on Micro/Nanoelectronics, member of National Academy of Engineering(NAE), and foreign member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), and received his doctorate from Yale university in 1974. He is a professor at Yale university, chairman of the department of electrical engineering at Yale university and co-director of the Yale Center for Microelectronic Materials and Structures, and serves as a senior technology consultant for many international companies. In 2006, he won the SIA University Researcher’s Award.
Grant G. Tao holds lawyer’s certificate from Canada. From 1999, he served as Chief Business Legal Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, Compliance and Regulation Chairman in Asia region for Thomson Reuters Corp, Computer Associate Inc, Motorola and Nokia Siemens Networks Company. He has rich experience in corporate legal risk management, including intellectual property right management, compliance and corporate management, contract management and legal issues management.
